\nIn this role, you’ll work on an assigned book of business with the support of a collaborative team committed to doing what’s best for our clients. We understand the importance of flexibility — you can choose to work in a hybrid model or fully in-office, depending on what suits you best.
\n\nAs part of our dedicated Personal Lines team, you will:
\nService, maintain, and help grow an assigned personal lines book of business.
\nManage all aspects of the customer life cycle — from quotes and renewals to endorsements, remarkets, and cancellations.
\nConduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and provide the best possible insurance solutions for your clients.
\nAct as a trusted advisor — helping clients understand their coverage and making sure they have the right protection for their unique needs.
\nTake and process new claim reports, providing empathetic support to clients and coordinating with insurance carriers.
\nDiligently follow up on outstanding items to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
\nServe as a key liaison between clients and insurers, advocating for your clients and supporting our customer-first culture.
\nHave the opportunity to earn additional commission for any new business you bring in.
\nRIBO License (mandatory).
\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a broker role with a focus on Personal Lines.
\nProven success managing and servicing an assigned book of business.
\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.
\nHigh level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
\nWorking knowledge of TAM or EPIC (an asset).
\nA proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients protect what matters most.
