Personal Account Manager – Niagara Region

About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected and established insurance brokerage in the Niagara Region, is seeking an experienced Personal Account Manager to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and ensuring every client interaction reflects care, expertise, and efficiency.

The Personal Account Manager will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to personal lines clients — servicing new and existing accounts, supporting renewals and endorsements, and maintaining lasting relationships built on trust and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and meeting customer needs with professionalism and care.

  • Process and review renewals, endorsements, and re-marketing with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist clients through the claims process, ensuring timely follow-up and compassionate service.

  • Respond to all client inquiries promptly, providing clear and effective communication.

  • Collaborate with team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a positive, high-performing work culture.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) is required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within Personal Lines.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate client needs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to continuous learning.
