Personal Lines Account Manager – Durham Region (Hybrid)
Our client, a well-established and independent Insurance Brokerage with deep local roots in the Durham Region, is growing and looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, people-first brokerage that values balance, performance, and professional development.
Salary: $60,000 – $67,000, based on experience
25% commission on New Business cross-sales (optional – great for those with a sales mindset)
Hybrid schedule – Work from home with 1 in-office day per week (some additional office coverage during team vacations)
Assigned book of business – Focus on relationship-building, not a call centre environment
Wellness & Sick Days – 3 Wellness Days + 5 Sick Days annually
Education reimbursement – Support for CAIB, CIP, or other industry-relevant courses

Manageable book designed to support organic growth and personalized service
RIBO licensed Personal Lines Account Manager with 3+ years of brokerage experience
Strong knowledge of markets, portals, and underwriting guidelines
Motivated, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and client-first mindset
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
A sales-minded approach to account management, with an interest in cross-selling and upselling
Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Services (ARS) is an asset
