Our client an international manufacturing company is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing team. This role will partner with employees and management to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruiting efforts including interview coordination, applicant screening, onboarding, and offboarding
Conduct new hire orientation and maintain employee records in compliance with company and legal standards
Administer HR programs such as benefits, training, and employee relations
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
Assist with audits, reporting (headcount, turnover, service milestones), and documentation management
Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Associate’s degree plus experience will be considered)
Minimum 2 years of HR or HR Assistant experience
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
HRIS experience (Isolved preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Prior manufacturing HR experience
