Our client an international manufacturing company is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing team. This role will partner with employees and management to provide day-to-day HR support, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support recruiting efforts including interview coordination, applicant screening, onboarding, and offboarding 

  • Conduct new hire orientation and maintain employee records in compliance with company and legal standards 

  • Administer HR programs such as benefits, training, and employee relations 

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters 

  • Assist with audits, reporting (headcount, turnover, service milestones), and documentation management 

  • Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Associate’s degree plus experience will be considered) 

  • Minimum 2 years of HR or HR Assistant experience 

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • HRIS experience (Isolved preferred) 

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 

  • Prior manufacturing HR experience
