Summary: 

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources at the site location in Northern Georgia. Responsibilities include supporting business needs, driving engagement, and implementing company strategy. The role also involves supporting HR projects and initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve organizational capability and drive culture.
  • Address performance gaps and provide coaching.
  • Advise on employee relations and advocate for communication.
  • Guide business leaders on HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee compensation programs and promote positive employee relations.
  • Lead talent acquisition and use metrics for HR improvements.
  • Champion change management and identify potential risks.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential materials.
  • Experience with HR metrics and data.
