Join a Tier 1 automotive supplier in the Upstate, SC as Maintenance Supervisor! This role is critical to overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring equipment efficiency. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of maintenance/leadership experience and injection molding in an automotive manufacturing environment. 

Summary: 

As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and train the maintenance team (lead 17 Maintenance Technicians across 3 shifts), ensuring efficient operations and the proper functioning of technical equipment. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and overseeing maintenance activities to drive cost savings and optimize machine utilization. 

Tasks: 

• Supervise and train maintenance employees to ensure a skilled and effective team. 

• Evaluate and recommend updates to technical equipment and maintenance procedures. 

• Plan and execute all maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to preventative maintenance schedules. 

• Act as a key player in internal escalations and lead root cause analysis. 

• Implement initiatives for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization. 

• Manage special projects as necessary and handle additional duties as needed. 

• Ensure that personal and team performance positively impacts. 

• Promote comprehensive quality management through on-the-job training, continuing education, and regular information updates. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• 5 – 10+ years of experience in maintenance management in related fields. 

• Injection molding experience required. 

• Automotive industry experience preferred.
