The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in coating, film production, or extrusion. Skilled in team management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, they are committed to cost control, efficiency, and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Tasks:

• Ensure workplace safety, compliance with regulations, and lead safety training.
• Oversee daily production operations, scheduling, and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a production team, fostering collaboration and development.
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
• Work with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory levels, cost management, and coordination with supply chain teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing in an film production, extrusion or coating facility
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and quality systems.
