Position Overview:

As a Nurse Manager, you will:

• Supervise and direct daily operations of the ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units.
• Ensure policy and procedures compliance.
• Maintain safe staffing levels, equipment availability, and smooth patient flow.
• Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support staff development, training, and competency assessments.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, including the Director of Inpatient Services and CNO.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Recent bedside patient care experience.
