Position Overview

This role provides strategic leadership and comprehensive management oversight for large-scale wastewater treatment construction projects valued between $30M to $50M. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with company objectives while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all phases of construction, ensuring project objectives are met
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts
  • Monitor financial aspects, including cost controls, contracts, and revenue protection
  • Serve as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
  • Oversee contract documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals
  • Manage billing, payroll approvals, and invoice processing
  • Provide leadership to project engineers, field engineers, and coordinators
  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships to foster long-term success

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years overseeing and guiding project engineers
  • Minimum of five years managing large-scale wastewater treatment facilities or large water tank construction
  • Minimum of five years interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Minimum of five years handling RFIs, contract change orders, and documentation processes
  • Minimum of five years responding to client, regulatory, and business inquiries
