Interventional Radiologist

Location: West Reading, Pennsylvania, United States

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where high-quality, personalized patient care is a top priority. You will replace a retiring physician and be an integral part of a well-established group of eight providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures, including interventional oncology, portal hypertension, spinal augmentation, venous disease, pain management, and dialysis access management.
  • Participate in the full scope of interventional radiology work, with minimal time spent interpreting follow-up imaging.
  • Collaborate with physician assistants for consultation and rounding services.
  • Work with a dedicated team of technicians, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Utilize advanced medical equipment, including angiography suites, CT scanners, and ultrasound-guided procedure rooms.
  • Oversee a dedicated 12-bed recovery room and outpatient consultation spaces.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship/residency.
  • A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaborative care.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
