Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development & Testing:

    • Develop and refine efficient code across multiple languages to address enhancements and bug fixes.

    • Create, execute, and assess unit and integration tests.

    • Design and implement scalable web and content solutions aligned with best practices.

    • Contribute to CMS template creation and refinement.

    • Ensure security management practices are upheld throughout development cycles.

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Collaborate with technical leads, software architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.

    • Provide leadership in full software life cycle management, from requirements gathering to deployment.

    • Mentor and support junior developers, promoting skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.

  • Architecture & Design:

    • Formulate and implement architectural solutions to address business requirements.

    • Create detailed technical design documents and support plans.

    • Contribute to the architecture of large-scale enterprise systems, including knowledge graph-based software, data pipelines, and platform APIs.

  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

    • Partner with teams to ensure applications adhere to established standards and patterns.

    • Analyze user needs and system requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.

    • Identify, assess, and resolve technical challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of software development experience delivering large-scale solutions.

    • 3+ years leading development teams.

    • SAAS experience with Optimizely or Salesforce required.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS.

    • Expertise in web/content architectures, API design, and tag management.

    • Strong background in CMS templates and concepts.

    • Client-side web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SPA frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular.

    • REST or GraphQL API service development.

    • Source control proficiency with GIT.

    • Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, and hosting infrastructures.

  • Additional Skills:

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

    • Experience with unit, automation, and performance testing.

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Background in Azure and/or AWS (certifications are a plus).

    • Content management eCommerce B2B/B2C development experience.
