Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide bedside diagnostic services to post-acute care patients at a prison facility. In this role, you will perform X-rays and EKGs, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation

• Unload portable X-ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams, obtaining clinically diagnostic, technically competent images

• Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required)

• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, per protocol

• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management

• Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients

• Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment

• PM Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
