A prominent healthcare organization that specializes in providing a wide range of clinical services and physician staffing solutions across various healthcare settings with a mission to improve patient care is looking for an Executive Assistant. The role is in office. The role provides support to assigned executive(s) and provide back up support for other key executives of the Company. There are a group of EAs that work in conjunction to support the C-level executives. The office is near the intersection of Perimeter Center West and Perimeter Center North.
About the Job:
¨ Compose presentations and correspondence based on knowledge of policy and personal discretion
¨ Modify form letters to fit varying situations
¨ Coordinate information flow and inter-office communication, records, etc.
¨ Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and appointments
¨ Arrange executive travel arrangements which includes full travel itinerary (i.e., airline, lodging, dining, ground transportation)
¨ Create and design spreadsheets
¨ Interact with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the company
¨ Maintain the calendars for assigned executive(s) and others as required
¨ Provide high level support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing, and filing documents
¨ Sort incoming mail determining priority for handling
¨ Maintain inventory of office supplies, business forms and letterhead and maintenance of equipment
¨ Maintain confidentiality
¨ Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment, or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
¨ Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department
About You:
¨ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position
¨ BA/BS from a college or university a plus
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
¨ Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
¨ Polished, professional demeanor
¨ Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
¨ Outstanding communication skills
