Saratoga Cleaners is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This front-end team member will assist customers at the dry cleaning counter with dropping off and picking up orders, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule:Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform dry cleaning counter duties, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Check in customer orders (laundry items) and tag garments with ID tags.
  • Process customer orders at checkout, including cashier duties and handling payments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform general office tasks, including customer calls and basic Microsoft Office functions.
  • Coordinate with production staff to effectively communicate customer requests and special instructions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Previous experience handling transactions and payments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
