Our dynamic start-up, fintech client is seeking a highly motivated Staff Coordinator with strong executive administrative experience, proven project management skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate staff across multiple priorities. In this role, you'll support the CEO directly, manage investor relations, oversee high-impact projects, and serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced startup environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong executive administrative support experience, including working closely with C-level leadership
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate staff across multiple projects and priorities
  • Demonstrated experience as a project administrator, successfully leading projects from initiation through completion

 

What You’ll Do

  • Administrative management of investor relations and fundraising efforts
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders in day to day activities
  • Collaborate with and support the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage key projects, often of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. This includes project planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, government agencies, and external partners.
  • Provide creative input and innovative ideas for projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's success and best practices.
  • Coordinate, organize and facilitate the successful execution of ongoing partnership with P3 (parent company)
  • Manage bank account deposits and wires as it relates to investors
  • Lead and oversee key projects from inception to completion. This includes project planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including talent, agents, partners, and industry influencers.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced startup environment. Fintech experience a plus
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator, seeing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and proactive results-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Experience managing project budgets, finances and resource planning
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Project Management Certification is a plus
