Regional Sales Director – Landscape Maintenance

Location: Tennessee - Memphis or Nashville preferred

Are you a strategic sales leader with deep experience in commercial service industries? We're looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive growth, lead teams, and shape the future of our Landscape Maintenance business across multiple states in the South.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the sales strategy for multiple landscape maintenance branches across the region

• Build, coach, and mentor a team of Business Developers

• Identify and secure new commercial maintenance contracts with HOAs, retail centers, campuses, municipalities, and more

• Partner with operations leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and strong renewal performance

• Track KPIs, market trends, and competitive insights to guide strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in the commercial landscaping industry

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance services, pricing, and client retention strategies

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams

• Results-driven with a track record of growing revenue across multi-branch territories

• Based in Tennessee or willing to relocate; travel within the region required
