My client is looking for a Sr Analyst for Kronos & WFC/UKG Dimensions.  This is a hybrid role in Washington DC.  It is a one year contract.

SCOPE:

Responsible for leading team supporting Kronos and, when fully implemented, support of the UKG Dimensions platform. Key responsibilities include:

·       Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process.

·       Lead scrum, standup, requirements gathering meetings.

·       Provide product and subject matter expertise to stakeholders.

·       Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of all Human Resources technology.

·       Assists in the development, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of HR applications programs and processes.

·       Create and maintain documentation.

·       Provide support, technical issue resolution, process design, application configuration, super and end user training, testing support/leadership and go-live support.

·       Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of Kronos and UKG Dimensions.

·       Responsible for resourcing staffing needs to meet work requirements.

·       Partner with client Application lead (Product Owner) to perform all sustainment activities, tasks, and projects.

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience implementing Time & Attendance/Workforce Management software solutions such as Kronos Workforce Central, Kronos Workforce Ready,

UKG Dimensions:

·       End-to-End Timekeeping and Absence experience

·       Strong configuration acumen with an understanding of principles, standards, and best practices

·       Attention to detail to document system processes and configuration accurately and effectively.

·       Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication
