We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in diagnostic laboratory sales and established relationships within the gastroenterology (GI) field. This role requires a results-driven professional to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and foster partnerships with healthcare providers in the GI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory revenue goals and expand market share within the GI diagnostic space.

Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships with gastroenterologists and clinics to promote our diagnostic laboratory services and products.

Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to understand their needs, present our offerings, and provide ongoing support.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

Training and Support: Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and applications of our diagnostic tests, ensuring they are well-informed about our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proven sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory sector, specifically with a focus on GI.
  • Established relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the gastroenterology field.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic testing, laboratory processes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
