Job Title: Account Executive 

Location: Eastern Tennessee 

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, focusing on promoting our advanced diagnostic testing services to healthcare providers. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with physicians and medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, including urologists, gynecologists, podiatrists, infectious disease specialists, wound care specialists, and primary care physicians. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive business growth.

  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our Quantitative Real-Time PCR testing services, which include rapid and accurate detection of pathogens and antibiotic resistance markers across various panels such as respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal, women’s health, sexual health, wound care, and podiatry.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the management team for strategic planning.

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including laboratory personnel and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare or laboratory services industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with diagnostic testing services, particularly PCR testing, and an understanding of the healthcare landscape.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
