Position: Account Sales Representative (ASR)Territory: West Minneapolis
Are you passionate about healthcare and ready to launch your sales career? We’re looking for an Account Sales Representative (ASR) to join a growing team focused on women's health. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales journey who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
As an ASR, you’ll work closely with a senior sales partner (Clinical Field Specialist) to drive growth and success in your territory. Your focus will be on supporting healthcare providers, building lasting relationships, and helping expand the reach of important health solutions. You’ll contribute through regular outreach, account management, and strategic support activities designed to grow revenue and adoption across the territory.

Collaborate with your senior sales partner to execute strategic plans and meet territory goals.
Develop relationships with OB/GYNs, MFMs, and other key stakeholders.
Identify practice needs and deliver relevant solutions that enhance patient care.
Support onboarding of new accounts and provide consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Manage territory logistics and resolve customer issues as they arise.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
Background in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is preferred.

Relationship Skills – Able to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.
Initiative – Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
