Join a dynamic team as a Partner Support Manager specializing in Robotics and Automation. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team of application technicians and engineers to enhance distribution and integrator channels. Your mission is to develop a new revenue-generating support model while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue-Based Model: Develop and manage a profitable support system, distinguishing between billable and included services to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Escalation Management: Oversee daily customer escalations, efficiently prioritizing and deploying resources to resolve issues proactively.
  • Direct Customer Interaction: Collaborate with distributors, integrators, OEMs, and key clients to foster business growth and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Strategy and Efficiency: Formulate strategies for the support system, optimize operations using advanced tools and technology, and effectively allocate resources.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach the team, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will likely have a background in field support, product support, or installation services, such as a manager of application engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Over 5 years in the robotics or automation industry, with a focus on field support, product support, or application engineering.
  • Skills: Demonstrated people management abilities, extensive knowledge of automation, expertise in robotic programming (preferably Yaskawa, Fanuc, or Kawasaki), adaptability, and experience in revenue model development.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in managing technical teams and handling customer-facing escalations.

Note: Sponsorship is not available. While preference is given to candidates located in the Greater Dayton area, relocation may be considered for exceptional candidates.
