The Senior Project Management Lead for Land Development and Municipal Projects will help lead the Civil Site Group in the Southeast office.
As our Senior Project Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping our land development and municipal projects. This role offers a unique blend of leadership, strategic oversight, and technical expertise in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead with Authority: Manage and mentor our site development engineering team, guiding projects from conception through execution for municipalities, educational institutions, commercial entities, and industrial sites.
Design with Impact: Oversee design efforts including site grading, geometry, ADA improvements, pavement and roadway design, stormwater management, and utility systems.
Excel in Project Management: Coordinate with clients, define project scope, and oversee all phases of technical production. Manage project assessments, regulatory permitting, technical documentation, and bidding processes.
Develop and Inspire: Mentor and train design staff, contribute to recruiting and retention efforts, and support team growth and development.
Drive Business Development: Prepare compelling proposals, lead project interviews, and participate in business development initiatives.
Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews and oversee construction assistance to ensure the highest standards of project execution.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in site design and project management.
- Active Professional Engineer license in Florida.
- Experience in municipal engineering is preferred; federal market experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Vehicle Tracking, AutoTURN.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
