Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support services to multiple customers within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Setup, manage, and support Office 365 environments, including migration tasks.
  • Offer hardware and software support across various platforms including Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, Apple/Mac devices, servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server across all versions, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • Utilize ConnectWise Manage & Control, SolarWinds NCentral, and other relevant tools for efficient service delivery and management.
  • Manage firewall and network infrastructure, including Fortigate, SonicWall, Cisco/Meraki, and Aruba Networks equipment.
  • Provide both remote and onsite customer support, adhering to scheduled appointments as well as handling ad-hoc requests promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain relevant certifications and possess significant MSP experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers.
  • Proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V, and Scale Computing.
  • Thorough understanding of Office 365 setup, migration, and ongoing support.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Certification in relevant technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
