Job Description

The Assistant Controller will manage the operations of the company's Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds. Responsibilities include working with C-level executives to support growth by expanding operations, executing initiatives to streamline processes and modernize technical systems, analyzing and developing internal controls and policies with external auditors, and more.

Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of Hedge Funds and Private Equity Fund Structures
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of US GAAP and Financial Reporting
Understanding of Fair Value Principles
CPA with 3-6 years of public accounting experience
