Title:  Strategy & Programs Specialist - IT Governance & Budgeting

Base Salary: $70,000 to 90,000 + annual bonus

Hiring manager is looking for someone who is eager to learn.  He will provide mentorship, training, development, and an award winning culture to nurture your growth.  Working within a 100-person team, the Strategy & Programs Specialist - IT Governance & Budgeting is responsible for:

• running and managing the department’s proprietary system that houses inbound IT business projects and affiliated workstreams to ensure team members are:
• in compliance with company and departmental requirements and standards,
• documenting and completing tasks appropriately and timely, etc.
• managing an $8 million budget involving inbound invoices from 50 vendors, which includes verifying and approving invoices, looking for discrepancies between invoices and contracts (amounts invoiced, services rendered, etc.), corralling spending, etc.
•  ad-hoc special projects

Requirements:

·          Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field

·          1-3 years of IT project management or IT business analyst experience or equivalent

·          Strong organizational skills

·          Strong attention to detail

·          Strong written and verbal communication skills

·          Ability to multi-task
