Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Information Security, the Application Security Engineer will work to secure the company’s products by supporting the product engineering/software development and Infrastructure engineering/operations teams. This role will support application developers to ensure each step of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are following security best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Application Security or Security Engineering, including application security vulnerability management, policies and standards, threat modeling, etc.
Knowledge of programming languages: Java, .NET, Javascript, Python, etc.
Experience with OWASP top 10, SANS top 25, CVE, CVSS, CWE, etc.
Tools: SAST, SCA, IaC scanning, DAST, iAST, WAF, etc.
Frameworks/Models: NIST SCF, BSIMM, OpenSAMM
