JOB DESCRIPTIOIN

Responsible for maintaining GL accounts and performing other accounting related activities. Prepares necessary information for financial and/or management reporting. Performs complex analysis of financial and management reports to identifying trends and variances. May perform advanced level accounting tasks.

This is more on the analytical side of Accounting and is similar to a mini-manager.  This role will work closely with the business and heavily with a 3rd party business.

We are looking for individuals that are early enough in their Accounting career and looking to grow. This role has tons of potential for growth and could lead into a Manager role with a year or two. You will be groomed to become a manager. 

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex financial information and prepares financial reports. A 
• Analyzes accounts, records, and reports.
• Resolves accounting issues within area of responsibility.
• Maintains GL accounts.
• Monitors AP and AR.
• Performs Month, Quarter, and Year-end close responsibilities.
• Performs reconciliations.  
• Prepares complex reports in support of internal and external audits.

• Mix of public accounting and corporate accounting.
• Accounting Degree
• Strong Excel skills
• CPA
