Location: Denver, CO | Hybrid (Onsite 4 days/week)
A global real estate firm is seeking a visionary Vice President of Accounting to lead its enterprise-wide AI-driven accounting transformation. This executive will be responsible for designing and executing the firm’s modernization roadmap, integrating advanced automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to elevate financial operations, reporting accuracy, and organizational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year Accounting AI transformation strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Modernize accounting systems, workflows, and controls to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Implement automation and machine learning models for predictive insights, variance detection, and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic growth and performance metrics.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting organization that embraces innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations to integrate LLMs, GenAI platforms, and ERP-based AI tools into financial processes.
Oversee the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of consolidated financial reporting and internal control frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
CPA required; additional certifications (CMA, MBA) a plus.
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
Proficiency with LLMs, GenAI, and ML tools for predictive analytics, as well as familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
Strategic, hands-on leader capable of driving change in a fast-paced, global environment.

Compensation: $275,000–$325,000 base salary plus annual bonus. This role is eligible for additional compensation, including long-term incentives.
