Customer Success Leader (Director-Level)
Role Overview: Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion for BettrData's AI-native data operations platform. Lead customer success strategy, optimize customer health, and maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR). As Director-level leader, this position will report directly to the President & Managing Director and will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, and growing net recurring revenue through renewals and expansions.
Responsibilities:
Key Metrics: NRR, GRR, Customer Health Score, Expansion Revenue, Product Adoption, CSAT, Time-to-Value.
