Customer Success Leader (Director-Level)

Role Overview: Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion for BettrData's AI-native data operations platform. Lead customer success strategy, optimize customer health, and maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR). As Director-level leader, this position will report directly to the President & Managing Director and will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, and growing net recurring revenue through renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies for onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Define and track key customer health metrics.
  • Lead customer engagement, deliver value, and build strong client relationships.
  • Drive NRR through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Build and lead a high-performing customer success team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Key Metrics: NRR, GRR, Customer Health Score, Expansion Revenue, Product Adoption, CSAT, Time-to-Value.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success within B2B SaaS or Data Operations.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of data operations and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Sales, Product, and Engineering collaboration.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Atlassian(JIRA), and Slack prefered.
