Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely processing of assigned payrolls
  • Manage commensurate volumes of assigned payrolls
  • Accurate and timely data entry for employee lifecycle
  • Review assigned payroll processes for efficiency and recommend changes as needed
  • Accurately perform periodic CSC tasks on the appropriate timelines
  • Auditing peer changes for errors or discrepancies in data and ensure integrity
  • Provide call coverage to clients for payroll needs during business hours
  • Primary point of contact for daily client service requests
  • Respond to client report requests
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and client queries regarding payroll
  • Maintaining client service tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)
