A real estate investment and management firm with a multibillion-dollar industrial portfolio is confidentially seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join its high-performing finance team. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, responsible for building and maintaining dynamic financial models that guide operational and capital planning. This is a pivotal role for a finance leader with a command of real estate metrics, reporting cadence, and capital markets exposure. You’ll own scenario modeling, earnings impact assessments, and liquidity planning in support of investor-facing narratives and internal performance tracking.

 

What you’ll own:

  • Management of the company’s enterprise financial model scenario building, sensitivity analysis, and earnings forecast
  • Forecasting and budgeting cycles, including data synthesis, trend identification, and variance analysis
  • Strategic reporting support for board meetings, earnings calls, and investor materials
  • Cross-functional alignment with teams in leasing, asset management, investments, accounting, and technology
  • Cash flow modeling and capital deployment planning

 

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in real estate, REITs, or a related sector
  • Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or a similar field; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Mastery of Excel-based modeling; familiarity with Yardi, Power BI, and public company environments is preferred
  • Highly analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-driven approach to business support and decision-making

 

Compensation up to $150,000 + bonus

Location: Rancho Cucamonga + 10% travel (OC)
