Seeking a Junior Engineer with 2D and 3D modeling experience, to help to optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, productivity, and quality while managing production workflow.

Junior Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain workplace safety and 3S standards
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors and departments
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and customer complaints
  • Lead production improvement projects
  • Support facility maintenance and upgrades
  • Manage equipment documentation and plant layouts

Junior Engineer Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • Solid experience with working with internal and external customers and contractors
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
    • Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk Creator a PLUS
  • Robotics and automation experience a PLUS
  • Experience with statistical analysis and technical documentation
  • Experience with process improvement and safety: plant layout, tools, fixture design, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
