Looking for a "Hunter" Outside Sales Representative with technical manufacturing sales, a passion for building relationships and closing deals in the Northeast part of the U.S. (other regions coming later)! We’re on the lookout for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic metal enclosure Outside Sale Team! "Hunter" Outside Sales Representative Tasks:

  • Develop and achieve sales targets; OEM Targeted
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals
  • Be the key liaison between the customer and internal production and engineering managers
  • Work with engineering and production managers to ensure success of new product sales
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

"Hunter" Outside Sales Representative Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Metal Enclosure Fabrication experience a PLUS.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A "Hunter" building new business and growing existing business.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
