Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Alexandria. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in DC and Maryland. BOTH.
3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred; other civil litigation experience will be considered.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Represent clients in complex labor and employment, commercial, and privacy litigation matters.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour claims, and class action work.
Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.

Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $150,000 – $190,000, commensurate with experience and market considerations, plus eligibility for multiple discretionary bonus programs.
