Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Mid to Senior-Level Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to work on revolutionary energy and infrastructure transactions within one of the industry's most dynamic markets.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
4–6 years of substantive experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on renewable energy.
Demonstrated experience in project development, construction, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and finance transactional work.
Background working with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts and major equipment procurement for renewable energy projects.
Strong transactional drafting skills and the ability to manage complex deal structures.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise renewable energy sector clients on the structuring and negotiation of energy and infrastructure transactions, including project development, construction, M&A, and finance-related matters.
Draft and negotiate EPC contracts and major equipment procurement for onshore/offshore wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, regulatory, private equity, commodities, risk assessment, and project development attorneys.
Support clients in a broad range of commercial energy matters across the lifecycle of energy projects.
Stay current on industry trends related to renewable energy and infrastructure.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation: Includes a base salary range of $235,000-$390,000, determined by experience and market factors, as well as eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
