  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management, legal technology implementation, or attorney training preferred.

  • Highly organized, efficient, timely, detail-oriented and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Documents and Forms
    • Create, maintain, and promote readily accessible model documents, forms, precedents, drafting guidance, and other practice resources.

    • Develop client- and jurisdiction-specific court filing templates.

    • Identify forms suitable for automation and collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team to implement automated solutions.

  • Knowledge Management and Innovation
    • Develop and maintain repositories for critical practice information, including model briefs, judge profiles, and expert witness databases.

    • Assist attorneys in locating relevant internal and external resources and technologies.

  • Training
    • Partner with the Attorney Training team and Litigation Practice Management to design and deliver substantive and practical skills training for attorneys and paralegals.

    • Prepare presentation materials, coach junior attorneys on presentation delivery and content, and ensure training materials are archived and easily accessible.

  • Content Development
    • Serve as a subject-matter expert by monitoring legal trends, market developments, and best practices.
    • Create substantive materials for marketing and business development, such as articles, client alerts, case studies, surveys, and blog posts.
    • Keep the practice group informed of key legal developments and update resources accordingly.
