Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. This role is crucial in building relationships with potential clients, conveying the value of our legal services, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, particularly with high-ticket or luxury products, and will possess exceptional customer service skills. A background in legal, financial, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document incoming leads through various channels such as web, phone, and referrals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Implement a structured follow-up schedule to engage prospective clients and convert them into committed clients.
  • Conduct consultations to pre-qualify leads, identify their needs, and book initial meetings.
  • Oversee client onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guiding clients through the initial stages.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure a smooth transition and clear communication of client expectations.
  • Represent the firm at various educational and community events, maintaining a professional and approachable presence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, client intake, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with estate planning concepts is a plus, though not required.
  • Proven success in lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
  • Education or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
