We’re seeking an experienced Director of Infection Prevention to lead our facility-wide infection control and prevention initiatives. As the Director of Infection Prevention, you will oversee all aspects of the infection prevention and control program. You’ll guide teams across the facility, ensure regulatory readiness, analyze infection data, and implement evidence-based practices that protect both patients and healthcare staff. Lead and manage the Infection Prevention & Control Program across the facility
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, state, and national infection reporting standards
Oversee infection prevention surveillance, including collection, analysis, and trend reporting
Work closely with clinical leadership to implement and monitor best-practice infection control strategies
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend process improvements
Educate staff on infection control practices and emerging issues
Drive a culture focused on safety, transparency, and continuous improvement
Experienced infection prevention professional with strong leadership capabilities
Solid understanding of infection prevention regulations and reporting requirements
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for patient and staff safety, quality, and outcomes
