We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our hospital-based respiratory care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in contemporary respiratory therapy practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective patient care.
This role requires completion of both department-level and unit-specific orientation to ensure confidence and competency in providing respiratory support for diverse patient populations.

Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy in accordance with current clinical guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support the patient’s care plan.
Perform assessments, interventions, and patient education related to respiratory care.
Maintain accurate documentation and support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Participate in required training, competencies, and unit-specific education.
Completion of education/training that satisfies eligibility for required licensure or certification.
Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved national provider.
