As a Bilingual (French) Remote Associate Product Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers, sales teams, and industry professionals by providing expert product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.*Training to begin on June 16 2025

Bilingual (French) Remote Associate Product Consultant – Role Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (2 shifts available)

Salary: $49,500/year (Bilingual French)

Bilingual (French) Remote Associate Product Consultant – Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Assist customers, sales teams, plumbers, wholesale agents, and internal associates with:
Order entry and status updates
Troubleshooting (technical/mechanical)
Product inquiries and information
Provide customer support via phone
Coordinate with marketing and finance for consumer cash sales
Collaborate with shipping on deliveries, transfer orders, and pickup orders

Bilingual (French) Remote Associate Product Consultant – Qualifications

High school diploma (Grade 12)
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must have worked in a call center environment)
Plumbing or electrical knowledge is a strong asset
Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 60 calls per day)
Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
SAP experience is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
