KIT Recruitment is continuing our successful partnership with our client in the agricultural/farming Industry who is looking for a Business Support Manager for their Mississauga location.
The Business Support Manager will assist the CEO in overseeing the successful execution of business projects and maintaining operational alignment across various regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of managing multiple priorities while collaborating with different teams to drive results.

Business Support Manager Responsibilities
· Develop and oversee tracking systems, including dashboards and reports, to maintain visibility into project status and overall business performance.
· Provide thoughtful recommendations and strategies aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and improving project outcomes.
· Facilitate and coordinate regular check-ins with regional teams to provide updates and ensure consistent alignment across the business.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of both regional and broader organizational goals.
· Act as the primary communication link between the CEO and regional teams, ensuring smooth information flow and addressing any emerging issues.
· Monitor the advancement of current business projects, ensuring all milestones and objectives are achieved on schedule.
· Compile in-depth reports, presentations, and supporting documents for the CEO to assist in making informed decisions.
· Identify areas where processes can be improved across the organization and propose practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
Business Support Manager Qualifications
· An MBA from one of Canada's leading business schools, such as Rotman, Schulich, Ivey, Desautels, or Sauder.
· 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in areas like project management, business strategy, or operations.
· Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently while balancing multiple competing priorities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels and across various regions.
· A data-driven approach with experience in using analytics to inform decisions and generate actionable insights.
· Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
· Previous experience in high-energy, fast-paced environments is highly preferred
