CFO* - Life/AnnuityOklahoma - Hybrid with one week on site/3 remote is possibleAssisting another recruiter on this search. Growing life and annuity carrier located in Oklahoma will hire a Controller/CFO, DOE. This role is a significant part of the company succession planning. *This role can be presented as a walk-in-the-door CFO or at a Controller level, if more appropriate.................if the applicant presents a solid life/annuity accounting background and 5 plus years of relevant financial experience with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.CPA or CMA would be a plus, but not required. Four-year accounting degree or related is required and company would like to see a minimum of 3 years of solid blue book filing experience, DOI and regulatory agency relationships, cash management, an eye for process improvements along with solid FP&A.Role has very high visibility and will be part of the executive team charged with strategic growth plan design and implementation. Will have risk management responsibilities as well as other assignments depending on the strengths bought to the table.Relocation assistance will be negotiated at offer. There is no opportunity to work remotely.
