Job Description

• Lead and manage financial audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse client base, including for-profit, nonprofit, and government organizations.
• Supervise and guide engagement teams, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review financial statements, compliance reports, and client documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Stay current on evolving audit and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
• Train and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license (or CPA-eligible for Staff Auditors).
• Minimum 4 years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS (GAS experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and manage client expectations effectively.
