Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership for the water and wastewater engineering division, driving growth and innovation.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pump stations, and pipeline projects.
  • Oversee multiple municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with municipalities, agencies, and public sector clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on municipal projects.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, tunnels, and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Texas municipalities.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship not available).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Vice President or equivalent leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Texas municipal regulations and agencies.
  • Additional certifications in engineering or project management.
