Job Description

  • Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects, ensuring successful design and implementation.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Design and develop water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas water and wastewater standards.
  • Supervise engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct project meetings, manage QA/QC processes, and collaborate with CAD and marketing teams.
  • Support business development efforts, including preparing technical proposals and fee estimates.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and project site visits within the region.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in water and wastewater engineering, including 5+ years in project management.
  • Strong understanding of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
