Note: Base Salary is $48,000 - $52,000. Potential with overtime is up to $81,000

Note: This is an on-the-road position with no on-site requirement. The individual must be able to commute to RV service locations within a 50-75 mile radius of Hamilton, Ontario. If residing close enough to the shop in Hamilton, on-site work may be required.

Job Description

• Travel to customer locations within a 50-75 mile radius of Hamilton, ON, to service RVs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various RV models.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and winterizing services.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective repair solutions.
• Communicate with customers about service needs and repairs.
• Work weekends as needed.
• Opportunity for overtime (approximately 15 hours per week at time and a half pay).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in RV repair and maintenance.
• Red Seal license is a significant plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to service locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (expenses paid by the company).
