We’re partnering with a growing, global SaaS organization in search of a VP Finance to join their executive leadership team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a mandate to accelerate business performance, enhance strategic decision-making, and scale a world-class Finance function.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the VP Finance will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through its next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development
- Partner closely with C-suite executives, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales to drive strategic planning, performance management, and financial forecasting
- Deliver insights and analysis that inform key business decisions, particularly around growth levers such as pipeline review, pricing, ROI analysis, KPIs, and retention
- Own all financial analysis for board meetings, executive presentations, and lender communications
- Build scalable planning processes, including dynamic forecasting and scenario modeling capabilities
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of financial data and KPIs across the business
- Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, connecting operational performance to financial outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and Financial Operations support for go-to-market strategy
- Finance leadership experience within high-growth SaaS environments
- Strong command of SaaS business models, enterprise software metrics, and pipeline analytics
- Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing finance teams domestically and off-shore
- Experienced in partnering with C-level executives and influencing key stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and planning/business intelligence tools
