In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and driving process improvements that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 6 accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and drive efficiency within the accounting team and across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong relationships and align on financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and driving change.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
