We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic finance executive to step into a high-impact role leading Global Finance Operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive operational excellence across a global business and partner directly with the heads of the Operations to deliver strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global finance operations with a heavy focus on financial modeling, data analysis, and decision-support
- Partner closely with senior business leadership to influence performance, cost optimization, and margin improvement
- Develop and oversee strategic financial initiatives, including SG&A analysis and operational efficiencies
- Provide actionable insights to the Executive Leadership Team through advanced analytics and forecasts
- Guide M&A integration efforts and help shape strategic direction post-acquisition
- Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes, and financial analysis
Experience & Expertise
- 15+ years in finance, with a focus on supporting operations from a finance perspective
- Mastery in financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and strategic business case development
- Proven success in cost savings and margin improvement initiatives
- M&A integration experience
Leadership & Communication
- Confident, assertive, and inspiring communicator
- Skilled in presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing key decisions
- Relationship-driven leader with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across functions
- Adept at working through ambiguity and leading through complexity
