This is a high-impact, visible role reporting directly to the CFO and working cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership. The Assistant Controller will oversee all core accounting functions, drive process improvements, automation, and standardization, and help scale finance operations to support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations across multiple sites

• Implement and optimize processes, systems, and internal controls

• Partner closely with operations to drive profitability

• Support FP&A and operational finance activities

• Own reconciliation processes and oversee financial reporting integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in manufacturing, industrials, supply chain, retail, or similar sectors

• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation

• Strong background in multi-site accounting and FP&A

• Proven ability to clean up and streamline reconciliation processes
