This is a high-impact / high visibility role reporting directly to the CFO and working cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership. The ideal candidate is more than just a strong accounting leader—they are a business partner who brings a hands-on, process-driven mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The Assistant Controller will oversee all core accounting functions, drive process improvements, automation, and standardization, and help scale finance operations to support continued expansion in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations across multiple sites

• Implement and optimize processes, systems, and internal controls

• Partner closely with operations to drive profitability

• Support FP&A and operational finance activities

• Own reconciliation processes and oversee financial reporting integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in manufacturing, industrials, supply chain, retail, or similar sectors

• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation

• Strong background in multi-site accounting and FP&A

• Proven ability to clean up and streamline reconciliation processes
